The city of Snellville located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, roughly 20 miles northeast of the Atlanta metropolitan area. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 15,351. Snellville is an increasingly important suburb of Atlanta. The city’s commercial and residential development has grown enormously in recent years.
